Payments and cancellations:
- Payments are accepted in the form of cash, Zelle, or CashApp
- 50% deposit is due when booking services
- Remaining payment amount due for events 72 hours prior to event start (Pineapple Grenade by Robyn will not be in attendance if unpaid in advance)
- Remaining payment amount due for services upon completion (service and content will not be released until payment is received)
- Payments are accepted in the form of cash, Zelle, or CashApp
- Client event cancellation - deposits are refundable ONLY within 72 hours of event
- Client photoshoot cancellation - deposits are refundable if If photoshoot studio is booked, deposit is non-refundable
